ReelCart (“we”) is a creator microstore. This policy explains what we collect when you use reelcart.store, seller dashboards, and buyer checkout.

What we collect

Sellers: name, email, phone, store and product details, payment-provider settings (Razorpay/UPI IDs, not card numbers), order data, and usage for billing limits.

Buyers: name, phone, email, delivery address, and order contents needed to fulfil a purchase. We send OTPs to email or WhatsApp/SMS to verify checkout.

How we use it

To run your store, take orders (COD, UPI, Razorpay), send order updates, prevent fraud, and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

Payment processors (Razorpay), messaging providers (WhatsApp/SMS/email), and hosting providers only as needed to deliver the service. Sellers see buyer details for orders they receive.

Retention and deletion

Sellers can request account deletion from Settings. Orders needed for tax records may be kept in anonymised form. Contact support@reelcart.store for access or deletion requests.
