By using ReelCart you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

ReelCart lets creators publish a microstore and take orders for physical or digital goods via a shareable link. Buyers check out on the web. We are not a marketplace party to the sale between seller and buyer.

Seller responsibilities

You are responsible for product accuracy, legal goods, GST/invoices where required, fulfilment, refunds, and customer support. Do not list prohibited or illegal items.

Fees

SaaS subscription fees are charged per your plan. Payment-gateway fees are charged by the provider. ReelCart does not take a commission on product sales unless a plan says otherwise.

Accounts

Keep OTP access to your phone/email secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or harm buyers.

Liability

The service is provided as-is. We are not liable for seller–buyer disputes, delivery failures, or third-party payment/messaging outages, beyond what applicable law requires.
